This student adds to his computer repertoire by working with coordinates and using variables in their procedures. As an alternative to looping, he learns recursion, which requires him to carefully plan, visualize, and understand a procedure's execution at a detailed and conceptual level. He also develops typing technique, speed, and accuracey and gain basic word precessing prodiciency.
