The Photo That Made a Teacher Cry
After years of teaching and mentoring students, I suddenly received a photo from Kenneth's family. I first thought it was a Steve Jobs-style school speech because of the stage setting and the speaker's outfit. But when I opened it, I saw Kenneth Wu's name on a huge screen:

Behind that single image were years of memories: lessons, questions, struggles, discoveries, and small breakthroughs that I still remember clearly.
I realized I was not crying because of the award itself.
I was crying because I could suddenly see the entire journey behind the award.

We cannot see the final photo when we plant the seed.
But we can choose to believe, nurture, and walk with the child.
